At Tokyo Knives, we stand behind the precision and quality of our blades, offering a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to facilitating a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Protect the Blade

  Carefully clean the knife and place it back into its original protective sheath and wooden gift box to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is securely taped.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
